Against the Grain Sunday Luncheon Experience

Our Against the Grain Sunday Luncheon is a specially curated set menu, celebrating heritage beef cooked over fire with seasonal ingredients from small-scale British producers and growers, drawing on the area’s rich history for an elegant spin on Yorkshire traditional cooking. Central to the menu will be the finest cuts of the slow-grown and grass-fed beef, salt-aged and individually hand-selected each week for their maturity and flavour.

Complement the menu with sommelier Victoria's thoughtfully paired wines, with both a Wine Pairing and Prestige Pairing available as well as a Non-alcoholic Pairing made in-house with ingredients grown, foraged or farmed around the restaurant.
